Do you offer a discount on first time purchases?
Yes, when you sign up to our email newsletter take $15 off at checkout!
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, 10% GST in AUD has already been included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are proud to accept SHOP PAY, AFTERPAY, PAYPAL, GOOGLE PAY Visa, Mastercard, and TAHANA gift cards. PAYPAL orders will be fulfilled when payments have been cleared. We are unable to accept payments via phone or email.
How do I contact Tahana The Label for support?
Store chat - Talk to us by clicking our chat support in the lower right corner of the home page. We can answer your questions through the chat between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Email - Outside of chat times, be sure to send us an email at info@tahanathelabel.com.
Request a call back - if it’s really important or you just want to speak
to a real person, request a call back by emailing your mobile number with a
quick note marking it URGENT and we will get back to you that day between
10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
Shipping questions
Is shipping free?
Yes, & with no minimum order amount required.
When do I receive my order?
Your precious cargo is Express shipped via Australia Post, please allow 1-3 days for delivery and for regional areas up to 4 days.
What locations do you currently ship to?
Australia wide. International shipping is coming mid to late 2025. If you are an international customer right now, send us your inquiry at info@tahanathelabel.com and we will see what we can do.
Returns questions
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way confirming tracking number. Please use the Australia Post tracking number on the Australia Post website to track your order.

Can I exchange for another size?
We are here to help & want you to be happy, so are always open to reviewing your inquiry on a case-by-case basis (provided pieces have not been worn & all tags and seals are intact). To assist in your most accurate selection in the first instance please refer to our size guide on the product pages.
How do I choose my top size based on coverage?
- Minimal coverage - we suggest downsizing.
- Moderate coverage - we suggest staying true to size & scrunching tri tops.
- Maximum coverage - we suggest staying true to size & spreading tri tops.

Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of gift cards starting from $50, rising in $50 & $100 increments.
Can I write my own personal message to the recipient?
Please do!
How are gift cards sent?
Gift cards are traditionally sent direct to your inbox, however if any special requests, please be sure to email us at info@tahanathelabel.com with good lead time before the gift is required.
How does the gift recipient redeem their voucher?
The gift recipient enters the gift card code at checkout.

What if I can’t find my gift card purchase in my emails?
Check your junk and spam folders, if no luck, send us an email via this link info@tahanathelabel.com and we will endeavour to resend.
Note: We can only re-send the gift card to the email address you used for the original purchase or where you are contacting us from for security reasons.
How long are gift cards valid?
Gift cards are valid for 3 years as required under Australian Consumer Law.
